Parivartan Abhiyan Nepal (PAN), established in 2006, is a non-profit oriented, non-political, non-religious, non-governmental social organization formed by the youths and development professionals of Deusa. PAN is registered with the District Administration Office (DAO-Government of Nepal) and affiliated with the Social Welfare Council (SWC) and is an autonomous and independent organization.

PAN focuses on sustainable development of rural areas supporting human resource development, providing economic opportunities, ensuring basic services and empowerment of indigenous and local people that are the basic requirements for community development.
